Britain's leader is expected to urge allies to supply Ukraine with further advanced missile systems to strike Moscow's positions during a meeting in Britain on Friday.

Sir Keir plans to receive Ukrainian President Zelensky alongside what's known as "group of committed partners", including over twenty of supporting nations who have agreed to offer the Ukrainian government security guarantees once fighting stops is arranged.

Ukraine's president has been urging for several weeks for further long-range weapons from the West, a step that Russia has cautions would worsen the war.

President Zelensky is journeying from Brussels, where he met European representatives on yesterday requesting financial support.

"The sole individual engaged in the ongoing war who declines to end the war is the Russian leader," Sir Keir remarked.

Sir Keir additionally reveal that 100 additional air defence missiles will be supplied to Ukrainian forces sooner than scheduled, as detailed in a multi-billion pound agreement concluded between Britain and Kyiv in March.

International Support

Ukraine's leader comes off the back of significant diplomatic successes recently: Washington's action to enact further sanctions against Moscow, and European countries agreeing to fund Kyiv's budgetary shortfall.

Sir Keir will urge leaders to increase the delivery of long-range weapons following a productive attack on a manufacturing site in the Russian city, the Russian Federation, using UK-provided missile systems.

"Furthermore, his depraved attacks on small children in a preschool this week show that perfectly obvious," he added.

Several minors were included in no fewer than seven killed in a wave of Moscow's attacks on Ukrainian territory, which targeted a preschool facility in the important metropolitan area Kharkiv.

Economic Talks

Sir Keir will discuss with Western allies on how to remove Russian oil and gas off the global market.

Delegates will furthermore discuss employing frozen Russian assets to offer Kyiv with monetary support, although the proposal faced insufficient agreement and jurisdictional challenges at the European meeting on yesterday.

European Union opted against agreeing a plan to employ as much as €140 billion in frozen Russian assets to economically support Kyiv's finances.

Nonetheless, the leaders agreed to help support Ukraine's "financial needs" for the next two years.

The US also announced sanctions on recently against Moscow's two largest oil companies, the state-owned company and Lukoil, as element of actions to add monetary leverage on the Kremlin to begin peace talks.
